FCV International Football Academy will be hosting an open day at its new home in Leicestershire, England, during GCSE Results Day on Thursday 25th August.
Students based in the Midlands who are aspiring for a career in football can join FCV Academy as day students, where they will receive daily coaching from former professional footballers, gain an NCFE qualification, and play in front of scouts.
At the open day, students and parents/carers will have the opportunity to meet with a variety of staff based at Grace Dieu and learn more about what it means to be a day student at FCV Academy, as well as ask questions.
The open day will run from 9am until 5pm and no appointment is required, but students must bring their GCSE results.
Neil Hilliard, FCV Academy Head of Recruitment, said, “Joining FCV Academy provides students and aspiring footballers with a pathway after leaving school, with like-minded peers in an industry that they are passionate about.
“Many of our students have gone on to play football at a higher level and have gained the skills to be employable in sports.
