At FCV International Football Academy, our dedicated team brings together experience in professional football, coaching, education and student welfare to support aspiring players from around the world.
From football development on the pitch to residential care and admissions, our staff work together to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where players can focus on achieving their ambitions.
Our coaching team brings together extensive experience across professional football, academy development and senior coaching. Led by Grant Brown, a former Leicester City and Lincoln City defender with significant coaching and management experience, the team also includes former Liverpool, Leicester City and Nottingham Forest defender Jack Hobbs, alongside experienced coach Shane Clarke.
Together, they provide players with valuable insight into the demands of professional and competitive football, combining practical experience with structured training and individual player development.

Our residential team provides a welcoming and supportive environment for students living at Grace Dieu Manor Park.
With a focus on student welfare, safeguarding and day-to-day support, the team helps players settle into academy life, develop independence and feel comfortable living away from home.

Our admissions team is often the first point of contact for prospective players and their families.
From answering initial questions to explaining our programmes and guiding students through the application process, the team helps aspiring footballers understand their options and take the next steps towards joining FCV.
