FCV Football Academy in India

In September, FCV International Football Academy embarked on a 10-day trip to India, partnering with Indiakhelo football to discover and assess young football talent in India. Our representatives visited four cities: Bangalore, Nashik, Mumbai, and Delhi, spending two days in each location.

The primary objective of these workshops was to evaluate the abilities of Indian footballers aged 10-17 and provide them with a platform to be scouted by professional clubs and academies across Europe. During the sessions, we also interacted with the players’ parents, explaining our unique offerings and answering questions about how young athletes can pursue professional football careers through the academy.

As a result of the workshops, four standout players were selected for a two-week stay at FCV, giving them the opportunity to further develop their skills.

Apart from the scouting events, FCV took part in a football podcast and played an active role in the opening ceremony of the Box to Box Football Academy in Nashik, cutting the ribbon for the new facility.

This tour reinforced FCV’s commitment to developing young talent and opening doors for aspiring footballers worldwide.
