Laura Archer

Laura has worked in the Further and Higher education sector for over 20 years since graduating from Manchester University with a degree in Business Management and Media Production. Working for one of the largest colleges in England, she has managed student support including safeguarding, wellbeing, enrichment and student voice, and has a wealth of expertise in delivering an outstanding experience for students.
She has also been an ambassador for young adult carers, working with Government policy makers to improve access to education for vulnerable young people through the Learning and Work Institute, as well as being a guest speaker at various national events in the education sector. She has won various national awards for herself and her teams in recognition of her achievements in student support, as well several successful OFSTED inspection acknowledgements.
