Australian partner visits FCV Academy
FCV Academy’s Australian partner 2 Halfs Football Development spent two weeks with us in Stamford during September.
Coaches Dean and Shane Pickering along with eight of their young players spent time working with our coaching staff and taking part in some of our competitive fixtures.
The visit allowed our UEFA A coaches and the coaches from 2Hfd to share ideas about different training and fitness drills as well as how to improve young player’s understanding of football.
FCV International Football Academy Director, Graham Starmer was impressed with the attitude of the players who visited the academy as well as the work done by 2Hfd themselves.

FCV Academy has previously had many successful trips to Australia especially with FCV Academy Coach Ben Watts working alongside 2Hfd at their base in Perth.
